SFL theme weeks
Football is a major attraction and can act as a mouthpiece, multiplier and as an example with its strong emotional link between club and fans.
The Swiss Football League is using this strength and implementing once a year an SFL theme week with each professional Swiss club. Grasshopper Club Zurich also takes its social responsibility seriously and implements club-specific activities and communication during the theme weeks.
SFL theme week 2018
At the beginning of October 2018, the digital National Organ Donations Register was launched. The Swiss Football League and Swisstransplant will focus on the subject of organ donations from 19 to 28 October 2018 within the framework of the SFL theme week. Grasshopper Club Zurich will also use this week to raise awareness to the important subject for our society.

SFL theme week 2017
From 21 to 29 October 2017, twelve professional Swiss clubs focussed on the theme of blind and visually impaired people's experience of top-quality football. The Grasshopper Club Zürich made use of this SFL theme week too, providing a platform for visually impaired people and experts to speak and taking on board their requirements and suggestions – all with the goal of improving accessibility for visually impaired people at league matches.
