Game day information

• The special counter at ticket booth 1 opens 90 minutes before each GC home match starts.
• For all matches the ticket booths open 90 minutes before kick-off. 
• The stadium opens 60 minutes before kick-off.
• For all championship matches, the VIP Entrance opens 90 minutes before kick-off.
• Opening times may vary for home matches in the Swiss Cup and for international competitions. If the opening times change, GC will notify fans accordingly on its website.

Purchasing tickets at the ticket booths

• Tickets in all categories (not including VIP) may be purchased from all ticket booths.
• Tickets purchased at ticket booths must be paid for with Swiss francs.
• You can pay with Maestrocard, Postcard, Visa and Mastercard. Each ticket booth has a labelled till with a card machine.

Sport aid francs for the Swiss Sport Aid Foundation

GC is a partner of the Swiss Sport Aid Foundation in the Sporthilfe-Franken (“Sport aid francs”) project. In the online shop, you can add a donation of one franc to the ticket price, which goes towards supporting young athletes.
